About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manages the delivery of medium to large, environmental, geotechnical, and materials engineering projects supporting Power Generation & Transmission (PG&T) and Digital Infrastructure clients.
Responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and risk management, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Lead multi‑disciplinary projects through the project lifecycle (initiation through closeout).
Partner with clients, National Account Managers, local, regional, and national Terracon professionals, and other stakeholders to define scope, budget, schedule, and other project deliverables.
Manage project performance, including schedule and cost management, resource planning, and issue resolution.
Champion safety, quality, and risk management in accordance with corporate policies and client requirements.
Mentor and support local, regional, and national professionals, including project managers and technical staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or related field
Minimum of 10 years’ related experience
Professional registration (PE, PG, or equivalent) preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
