About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead regulatory compliance efforts in Arizona
  • Assist staff and clients across the country
  • Mentor staff and build the regulatory compliance practice in Arizona
  • Manage projects, prepare reports and other deliverables
  • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and quality
  • Develop client relationships and train, mentor, and direct staff on projects
  • Serve as a local point of contact for Environmental Compliance services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Geology or Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in a full-time consulting role
  • Proven ability to engage and lead a team of technical staff and mentor their growth
  • Demonstrated high level of technical writing ability
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work and possess a positive attitude
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
  • 40-Hour OSHA HAZWOPER and current 8-Hour refresher preferred.
