About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the continued development of a new national geotechnical engineering program.
- Manage large geotechnical engineering projects for Terracon’s largest clients.
- Collaborate with local engineers and Subject Matter Experts.
- Conduct meetings with the clients and prepare reports to communicate project status.
- Set priorities, assign tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones.
- Focus on the consistent delivery of projects within the Digital Infrastructure sector.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Master’s degree with geotechnical emphasis preferred. Minimum 8 years’ related experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration.
- Extensive project management and geotechnical engineering experience on projects of various sizes and complexities.
- Team player, excellent communication skills, and innovative mindset.
- Experience in and affinity for the development and/or application of technology within geotechnical engineering.
- Ability to serve as Subject Matter Expert in the Digital Infrastructure sector within 6 months.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
