About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports pavement data processing, GIS data preparation, field data collection support, quality control, and contractor coordination for Pave-AI workflows.
- Prepares, processes, verifies, documents, and delivers pavement, imagery, GIS, and related project data.
- Works closely with internal teams and contracted processing partners to communicate expectations, resolve questions, review completed work, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and scalability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity/comfort with basic computing software and all aspects of running commercial software including managing large data sets, file transfer, image viewing, software tasking, etc.
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating environments.
- Must be comfortable working in a remote capacity, including communicating effectively, staying organized, and maintaining accountability while working with distributed teams.
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) to allow for remote access/monitoring of processing tasks.
- Experience with ArcGIS Pro or other GIS software preferred.
- Self-driven, motivated individual with good time management skills and ability to deliver results to client deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
