About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibilities include project and personnel management, reporting, analysis and field testing for deep foundation testing projects.
Develop proposals and manage assigned deep foundation testing projects and clients.
Conduct, coordinate or supervise field testing and data analysis.
Perform high-strain dynamic testing of driven piles and drilled shafts using a Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) and CAPWAP software.
Conduct Crosshole Sonic Logging (CSL), Thermal Integrity Profiling (TIP) and Low-Strain Integrity Testing (PIT) of drilled shafts and similar foundations.
Interacts with clients and internal teams to develop scopes of services and communicate project progress.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or other related field (required).
PDCA PDA certificate intermediate level or higher (required).
10-15 years’ experience (preferred).
Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification (required).
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
Experience in deep foundations testing (required).
