About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development and maintenance of project control tools, including project schedules and budgets
- Identify and help address potential issues and manage tasks to advance site development activities
- Research and evaluate site-specific information necessary to achieve project development goals, including market conditions, site constraints, and feasibility inputs
- Identify project constraints and support the development of mitigation solutions
- Analyze various elements required to deliver a viable site and contribute to schedule recommendations for completion timelines
- Prepare and provide site documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Support the breakdown of projects into achievable tasks and assist in managing schedules and workflows
- Schedule regular meetings and maintain accurate records and decisions through meeting notes
- Support quality assurance by ensuring deliverables meet Terawatt’s standards
- Participate in expense management and reporting processes
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders across Development, Business Development, Product, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Site Operations, and Finance teams.
- Serve as an advocate for the electrification of transport and Terawatt’s role in making it happen
- Travel as needed (anticipated to be under 30%) to project sites for consultation, progress updates, and issue resolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction, project management or site development.
- Foundational understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheets and Google Workspace
