About the role
- Lead end-to-end management of construction for large-scale EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Oversee projects involving greenfield and brownfield development, building demolition or renovation.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, contracts, and change management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with engineering firms, contractors, vendors, and internal subject matter experts to support project development and execution.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders through regular reporting and project management meetings.
- Identify and resolve risks or issues that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction budget forecasts and project schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
- Experience managing development or construction of new infrastructure projects.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools such as Procore, Smartsheets, Confluence, TestFit, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to develop creative, non-standard solutions when standard construction methods or utility requirements challenge a project’s viability.
- Proven ability to manage complex civil or electrical infrastructure projects.
