About the role
- Own and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies (organic + paid)
- Launch and manage community activation campaigns (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email)
- Set up and optimize landing pages, referral programs, and conversion funnels
- Coordinate with content production (webinars, courses, microcontent) to fuel campaigns
- Lead SEO strategy with external vendors or internal tools
- Analyze data, run experiments (A/B testing), and iterate for performance
- Implement marketing automation flows (email, retargeting, onboarding)
- Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate copy, and build creative assets
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation or community-led marketing
- Proven experience in EdTech, online learning, or community-based SaaS
- Experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
- Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; English is a strong plus
