About the role

  • Own and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies (organic + paid)
  • Launch and manage community activation campaigns (WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email)
  • Set up and optimize landing pages, referral programs, and conversion funnels
  • Coordinate with content production (webinars, courses, microcontent) to fuel campaigns
  • Lead SEO strategy with external vendors or internal tools
  • Analyze data, run experiments (A/B testing), and iterate for performance
  • Implement marketing automation flows (email, retargeting, onboarding)
  • Use AI tools to streamline workflows, generate copy, and build creative assets

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, demand generation or community-led marketing
  • Proven experience in EdTech, online learning, or community-based SaaS
  • Experience running paid acquisition campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, Google)
  • Fluency in Spanish is mandatory; English is a strong plus
