About the role
- Provide the client with enterprise Business Intelligence reporting.
- Utilize data from the Oracle system combined with data from other applications to create dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
- Provide hands-on functional development of dashboards, visualizations, reports, and extracts within the Data Bricks tool.
- Encompass the complete Report Development Life Cycle (RDLC) of requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and operations & maintenance.
- Create dashboards, visualizations, reports, and data extracts using Data Bricks.
- Work individually and as part of the team to gather and finalize requirements, design, develop, test, and maintain dashboards, visualizations, reports, and data extracts.
- Create Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and Technical Design Documents (TDDs).
- Lead and assist in providing training and demonstrations.
- Support user base and review/update documentation.
- Conduct internal team cross-review and status tracking.
Requirements
- US Citizenship Required / Background Investigation required to attain favorable entry on duty (EOD)
- BS Degree
- 2-5 years of experience (within the last 7 years) working Federal Financials within a Federal Agency
- Data Bricks experience (must have)
- Experience with big data
- Excellent writing skills – ability to write professional quality documents
- Excellent oral communications skills and the ability to make a positive contribution in meetings.
- Data Bricks coding – including Artificial Intelligence (Desired Skill)
- Experience of performing reporting tasks for full-lifecycle Federal reporting project that is of similar size and scope (Desired Skill)
