Key responsibilities & impact

The Director, Supply Chain’s role is to identify and manage vendors domestically and overseas. Build a robust and resilient supply chain to support the development and commercialization of Terabase’s field assembly plants and associated technologies.
Establish supply chain strategy for Terabase’s Field Assembly Factory and identify, select and manage domestic and international manufacturers and contract manufacturers.
Develop, execute and manage contracts and MSA’s with key suppliers.
Provide New Product Introduction support for Terabase’s field assembly plants and associated technologies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years experience in New Product Introduction and transition to sustaining manufacturing especially in high-tech product lines.
10+ years experience sourcing, qualifying, and managing manufacturers and contract manufacturers both statewide and internationally.
Must have experience creating turnkey manufacturing solutions for high tech product lines.
Must have thorough understanding of metal manufacturing and underlying cost structures and be able to evaluate and reverse engineer quotes.
Self-starter, able to thrive in a fast-paced and continually changing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel to meet domestic and international vendors as needed.
