Oversee the company’s full accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
Manage the accounting team, strengthen financial controls, and optimize systems for global business.
Lead and manage the day-to-day accounting function, ensuring timely financial close processes.
Oversee general ledger integrity, account reconciliations, and adherence to US GAAP.
Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
Own all cost accounting processes, including inventory valuation and manufacturing variances.
Partner with Operations to provide financial insight into cost drivers and product-level profitability.
Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure consistent compliance across business units.
Lead preparation for external audits and act as a liaison with auditors.
Implement solutions that enhance accuracy, visibility, and operational efficiency in Accounting & Finance.
Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant experience in cost or manufacturing accounting.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, consolidated financial reporting, and multi-entity accounting.
Experience operating in international or multi-jurisdictional environments.
Prior experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system.
Previous audit experience (public accounting or internal audit function).
Demonstrated leadership experience managing accounting teams.
Active or inactive CPA credential is preferred.
Experience in solar, renewable energy, manufacturing, hardware, or high-growth scale-up environments is preferred.
Background managing financial complexity associated with multi-entity structures, intercompany transactions, or global expansion is preferred.
