About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the delivery of organisational change across complex transformation programmes.
- Lead key change workstreams, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption outcomes are successfully achieved.
- Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify how changes affect business units and stakeholders.
- Partner closely with delivery teams to align change activities with programme timelines, releases, and milestones.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, and adoption.
- Design and deliver clear, consistent communications tailored to different audiences.
- Monitor adoption metrics, feedback, and business readiness to inform continuous improvement of change activities.
- Identify and manage change risks, issues, and resistance, escalating where appropriate.
- Coach business stakeholders and leaders to help embed sustainable change and new ways of working.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience as a Change Manager within large ‑ scale transformation or technology programmes.
- Experience leading change workstreams and operating within structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
- A strong track record supporting complex, multi ‑ stream programmes in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology audiences.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
- Experience in insurance or enterprise technology platforms is advantageous (Guidewire beneficial but not required)
