About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the delivery of organisational change across complex transformation programmes.
  • Lead key change workstreams, ensuring business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption outcomes are successfully achieved.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify how changes affect business units and stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to align change activities with programme timelines, releases, and milestones.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to drive engagement, readiness, and adoption.
  • Design and deliver clear, consistent communications tailored to different audiences.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, feedback, and business readiness to inform continuous improvement of change activities.
  • Identify and manage change risks, issues, and resistance, escalating where appropriate.
  • Coach business stakeholders and leaders to help embed sustainable change and new ways of working.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager within large ‑ scale transformation or technology programmes.
  • Experience leading change workstreams and operating within structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
  • A strong track record supporting complex, multi ‑ stream programmes in Agile, SAFe, or hybrid environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology audiences.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
  • Experience in insurance or enterprise technology platforms is advantageous (Guidewire beneficial but not required)
