About the role
- Support the CEO and executive team as a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and priorities for the CEO and executive team
- Coordinate high-impact internal and external meetings (investors, partners, customers)
- Draft emails, prepare briefing materials, and handle follow-ups
- Help keep the leadership team organized and on top of key initiatives
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support planning for company-wide events and offsites
- Operate at the center of a fast-moving startup to keep team effective and organized
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an EA or chief-of-staff–style role, ideally in a startup or tech environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
- Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive information
- A "no job too small" attitude and eagerness to help where needed
- Comfort in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
