Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
Ensure that all patient care plans are followed and that documentation is accurate and complete
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current & active RN License
Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare or nursing home setting with management and/or supervisory experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
