About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance

What you’ll need
  • Current & active RN License
  • Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare or nursing home setting with management and/or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
