About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports daily procurement operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for business operations
  • Responsible for processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers to meet delivery schedules and quality standards
  • Verifies material requirements, tracks order status, and resolves discrepancies
  • Provides support in the coordination of Stores supply inventory
  • Sends out all tooling for repair
  • Evaluates component repairs
  • Performs a physical count of MRO inventory, maintaining records in inventory system
  • Creates and maintains new parts in SAP for business requirements
  • Creates and provides reports through SAP for business requirements
  • Processes Purchase Orders
  • Understands stock levels
  • Remotes inventory of items within the plant related to MRO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
  • Previous manufacturing experience or equivalent
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal teams
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
