About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports daily procurement operations by ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for business operations
Responsible for processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with suppliers to meet delivery schedules and quality standards
Verifies material requirements, tracks order status, and resolves discrepancies
Provides support in the coordination of Stores supply inventory
Sends out all tooling for repair
Evaluates component repairs
Performs a physical count of MRO inventory, maintaining records in inventory system
Creates and maintains new parts in SAP for business requirements
Creates and provides reports through SAP for business requirements
Processes Purchase Orders
Understands stock levels
Remotes inventory of items within the plant related to MRO

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or relevant coursework preferred
Previous manufacturing experience or equivalent
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems such as SAP preferred
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with suppliers and internal teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
