About the role
- You are the key financial partner to the Plant Director
- You oversee financial performance and ensure the reliability of accounting data
- Support operational teams in decision-making
- Prepare and consolidate monthly accounts in compliance with deadlines and Group standards
- Develop the annual budget and forecasts in collaboration with operational teams
- Analyze variances between actuals and budget and propose corrective actions
- Produce the annual statutory accounts (French GAAP – ETAFI)
- Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting to management
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or Management
- 5–8 years of experience in finance, ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Strong experience in industrial management control (COGS, inventory, standard costing, profitability analysis)
- Good knowledge of French GAAP (ETAFI); knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS is a plus
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting and monthly financial reporting
- Proven initial experience in team management
