About the role
- Design, improve, and maintain automated systems to optimize production processes
- Troubleshoot operational issues and apply lean manufacturing principles

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing facility
- Solid mastery of programmable automatons and control systems
- Experience in identifying areas of improvement
- Green Belt certification or better
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, and database management software
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software
