About the role
- Strategic finance business partner to the Managing Directors and site managers of the four German legal entities
- Proactively identify and implement cost optimization, margin improvement and productivity increases
- Responsible for cash and working capital optimization and cash forecasting
- Financial steering and support of ongoing restructurings (development of cost scenarios, tracking, reviews)
- Overall responsibility for the budget, forecast and multi-year planning processes
- Preparation of meaningful management reports and KPI analyses with clear operational recommendations
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar
- Additional qualification as a certified public accountant (Wirtschaftsprüfer) or tax advisor desirable
- Minimum 10–15 years of relevant professional experience in senior finance or controlling roles
- Solid experience in manufacturing and/or engineering environments
- Strong SAP FI/CO knowledge; experience with OneStream, HFM or similar tools
