About the role
- Define, drive and execute plant CI strategy
- Coordinate and Lead Lean implementation with plant management team
- Contribute to Plant performance improvement by promoting Lean tools and techniques
- Organize / facilitate Lean events / workshops
- Coordinate the creation of the yearly Plant Productivity Improvement plan
- Identify, prioritize and drive CI initiatives that provide highest impact on financial results
- Promote a Continuous Improvement culture
- Facilitate regular Kaizen events
- Support all departments to achieve their goals regarding productivity improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years (ideally) in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean tools & philosophies and P3 Operating System
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Must be able to speak English and the local language
- Strong Mathematical and analytical aptitude
- Ability to work both in teams and independently
- Must have some basic project management experience/skills
- Ability to motivate / energize others, has excellent teaming and interpersonal skills.
