About the role
- Ensure enforcement of quality assurance procedures, notably through audits
- Guarantee and improve the quality level of products and components for the customer
- Manage non-conformities and their resolution by implementing quality actions, both preventive and corrective
- Contribute to the optimization of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Serve as the quality liaison during the transition of a product from project phase to mass-production phase
- Manage the Production Unit Quality team (2 people)
Requirements
- Technical or Engineering degree
- Prior experience in operational quality within high-volume manufacturing
- Proficiency in problem-solving tools, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and good knowledge of design of experiments
- Knowledge of lean management methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, etc.)
- Knowledge of ceramic materials is a plus
- Proficient with office software
- Professional English (B2 level or TOEIC 785)
