Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build responsive page templates, components, and landing pages on tenna.com using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and Elementor
- Translate ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs
- Build and maintain reusable Elementor blocks, patterns, templates, and global styles
- Ensure pages meet WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards and test them
- Improve Core Web Vitals through markup, asset optimization, and script management
- Maintain cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and QA work before launch
- Build branded landing pages, emails, forms, and templates in HubSpot
- Own and evolve Tenna's digital design system, including components, design tokens, type scale, iconography, and Figma libraries
- Apply and help enforce Tenna brand standards across marketing output and partner materials
- Document design and front-end standards
- Create digital advertising, social graphics, email, sales collateral, tradeshow and event materials, product launch assets, and print using Adobe Creative Cloud
- Turn complex product and data stories into visuals, infographics, and presentation graphics
- Coordinate video and photography projects with external production partners and internal stakeholders
- Use GA4, HubSpot, heatmapping, and search data to identify opportunities and run A/B tests
- Report on web and creative performance and prioritize future work based on results
- Track design, web, and B2B digital trends and evaluate competitor sites
- Partner with the Web Platform Engineer on plugins, infrastructure, tracking, and server-side performance
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Events, Sales, TKC, and Customer Success teams
- Use Tenna-approved AI tools for concepting, asset variation, copy iteration, code scaffolding, and QA while owning final quality, accessibility, and brand fidelity
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years designing and building websites, with a portfolio demonstrating design craft and shipped front-end code
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, visual communications, interaction design, or related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Strong hands-on HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and JavaScript
- Experience working inside a WordPress theme and writing custom CSS to extend or override a page builder
- Demonstrated Elementor experience, including templates, global styles, custom widgets, and Elementor markup and performance constraints
- Practical WordPress experience with themes, templates, custom fields, and page-level components
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
- Proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, component libraries, and developer handoff
- Working knowledge of HubSpot for landing pages, emails, forms, and templates
- Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals, responsive design, and visual hierarchy
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements and testing with axe, WAVE, keyboard, and screen reader checks
- Familiarity with on-page SEO fundamentals and Core Web Vitals
- Disciplined change management using staging, pre-publication testing, and change records
- Fluency with AI-assisted design and development tools, with judgment for human review
- Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate timelines clearly, and meet deadlines
- Portfolio must show both design work and websites or pages personally built
- Video editing and motion graphics experience is a plus
- Photography or videography capture experience is a plus
- Experience marketing to construction, industrial, or field-based B2B audiences is a plus
