About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day coordination across influencer marketing, community, and events campaigns
- Track deliverables, timelines, and partner communications
- Identify, vet, and onboard content creators and influencers across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and Instagram
- Help manage community touchpoints, including social listening, Discord/Reddit monitoring, and fan engagement initiatives
- Coordinate logistics for online and offline events, including game launches, tournaments, and brand activations
- Draft briefs, recaps, trackers, and decks for campaign planning and reporting
- Bridge communication between Brand, Marketing, Game Teams, and external partners
- Research trends in gaming culture, creator ecosystems, and competitor brand activities
- Shadow senior brand team members across planning sessions, partner calls, and creative reviews
- Collaborate with senior brand and marketing professionals and stakeholders across game teams, partnerships, PR, and regional offices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
- Genuine passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture
- Prior experience or coursework in influencer/creator marketing, community management, or event coordination; internships, club work, and personal projects count
- Highly organized, with strong follow-up and project-tracking abilities
- Comfortable working across time zones with remote and distributed teams
- Proactive attitude and willingness to ask questions, raise your hand, and bring ideas
- Familiarity with Notion, Airtable, Google Workspace, AI Platforms, or similar project management/collaboration software is a plus
- Active presence in gaming communities such as Discord, Reddit, or Twitch is nice to have
- Experience running or supporting brand social accounts is nice to have
- Exposure to campaign analytics and reporting, including engagement rates, reach, and conversion tracking, is nice to have
