Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8+ years of front-end development with a strong portfolio of creative work
Expert-level proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar framework)
Solid design foundation—you understand typography, layout, color, and motion
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, or similar) and ability to move fluidly between design and code
Experience building and shipping websites from concept through production
Working knowledge of AI-powered tools and comfort experimenting with new technologies
Experience mentoring or leveling up team members' technical or creative skills
Bonus: motion design, web animation (Three.js, GSAP)
