About the role
- Enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health
- Leading application projects from start to finish and meeting project deadlines and goals
- Coordinating the development of new features, testing, and implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades
- Resolving system issues
- Providing technical and functional application analysis
- Defining system requirements and developing logical data models using best practices
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to provide training on system functionality
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Preferred
- 5 years experience in related role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems involving multiple integrated applications Required
- General Experience and knowledge managing and completing IT related projects Required
- General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language Required
- General Experience and knowledge with analyzing, diagnosing, suggesting, and implementing process improvements Required
- General Experience and knowledge with a strong understanding of data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent Required
- General Experience in Healthcare IT Preferred
