Enhancing, supporting, and managing applications within Temple Health
Leading application projects from start to finish and meeting project deadlines and goals
Coordinating the development of new features, testing, and implementing regular vendor releases and system upgrades
Resolving system issues
Providing technical and functional application analysis
Defining system requirements and developing logical data models using best practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and TUHS stakeholders to provide training on system functionality
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field Preferred
5 years experience in related role with proficient ability to troubleshoot, research, and solve complex problems involving multiple integrated applications Required
General Experience and knowledge managing and completing IT related projects Required
General Experience and knowledge of basic hardware configurations, database management tools, and query language Required
General Experience and knowledge with analyzing, diagnosing, suggesting, and implementing process improvements Required
General Experience and knowledge with a strong understanding of data security and privacy standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent Required
General Experience in Healthcare IT Preferred
