Chief of Staff

• Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO and leadership team
• Lead company-wide quarterly strategic planning and execution tracking to translate priorities into measurable outcomes
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and create scalable rhythms across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure collaboration and accountability on strategic projects
• Act as a thought partner and proxy for the CEO in meetings, follow-ups, and communications to keep momentum on key decisions
• Prepare board materials, investor updates, and support fundraising with data-driven insights
• Own and execute high-impact special projects (e.g., GTM strategy, product launches, strategic partnerships)
