About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the company’s internal communications; monitoring social media, contributing to content publishing and paid promotion across all channels;
- Implementation of branding and awareness strategies;
- Creation of graphic materials, ensuring speed and accuracy in delivery;
- Development of internal marketing (employee engagement) activities and support for events.
- Conceptualize, develop and finalize all company communication pieces (print/digital design), in addition to preparing estimates and overseeing print production.
- Must have relevant experience in design production processes (from planning through creation).
- Production and distribution of email pieces (email marketing, save-the-date, invites, brochures and announcements) for internal communication and external promotions.
- Manage all third-party applications of the brand, ensuring they comply with the brand guidelines.
- Translate technical and complex aspects into eye-catching, visually appealing designs; experience with empathy mapping to create infographics that help educate personas and address their pain points.
- Knowledge in developing campaign key visuals (KVs) and landing pages, web development, mobile design and social media assets.
- Maintain Telium’s social media, websites, emails and other channels by producing creative assets and copy.
- Also work on events and ensure their successful execution.
- Develop internal marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the ongoing study of the buyer journey for lead acquisition; knowledge of RD Station or other marketing automation tools is a plus.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed: Marketing or related fields.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and/or After Effects), Google Ads, Google Analytics and digital marketing.
- Strong aesthetic sense.
- Mastery of email marketing strategies and tools, such as RD Station.
- Understanding of each social network and its best practices, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- A portfolio is required to apply for this role.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as an in-house designer or at an agency.
- Experience with Marketing Automation.
- Interest in technology.
- Knowledge of digital marketing.
