About the role
- Review, update and correct client documentation in the knowledge base;
- Implement workaround solutions;
- Support the development of new projects;
- Provide feedback to clients;
- Be available on-call according to the published schedule;
- Install, configure and maintain network assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science or related fields;
- Preferred experience with configuration on Juniper, Cisco and Datacom;
- Preferred certifications CCNA and JNCIA or equivalent knowledge;
- Preferred experience in a Service Provider environment;
- Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of routing & switching (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Datacom), IPv4 and IPv6, and protocols/features such as OSPF, MPLS, QinQ.
