Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of construction works;
Manage and monitor housing and infrastructure activities;
Control the project schedule (physical progress);
Monitor productivity of in-house and subcontracted teams;
Perform quality control of completed works;
Track measurements and material consumption;
Coordinate labor, equipment and supply resources;
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety requirements;
Identify and resolve deviations in planning and execution;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
Experience in housing and infrastructure construction projects;
Knowledge of construction planning and control;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Driver’s license (Category B);
