Key responsibilities & impact

Create and execute test cases and test plans
Validate healthcare claims and benefits workflows in Javelina
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
Coordinate with business and TPA teams to ensure quality deliverables
Test AD-related access controls and troubleshoot networking issues
Report, track, and verify defects through resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of QA Testing experience
Strong Healthcare domain experience (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Eligibility)
Hands-on experience with Javelina and TPA (Third-Party Administrator) systems
Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) Administration and user access management
Understanding of Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, connectivity troubleshooting)
Experience in Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and UAT
Strong SQL skills for data validation
Experience with Jira/Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare business processes
