• Architect APIs and data exchange using FHIR standards for patient data interoperability.
• Ensure compliance with CMS requirements for Healthcare and related programs.
• Set coding standards, technical guidelines, and best practices for teams.
• Evaluate and select frameworks, libraries, and tools to accelerate development while maintaining compliance.
• Perform code and architecture reviews to ensure quality and regulatory alignment.
• Design secure authentication, authorization, and audit mechanisms.
• Oversee data encryption and access controls, and secure API design.
• Implement policies for data retention, consent management, and breach notification.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Mentor engineers on healthcare data handling, compliance, and interoperability standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and compliance checklists.
