About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment
  • Assist participants in a concierge service model, addressing most inquiries end to end
  • Provide high-quality, proactive service and complete inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Keep participants proactively apprised of status throughout the process
  • Ensure an optimal participant experience in handling inquiries end to end
  • Manage open and new cases daily
  • Interact with employees, retirement providers, insurance companies, and/or client services through conference calls
  • Document and accurately update participant account information in the case management system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Detailed knowledge of clients’ plan provisions and Health and Welfare benefit enrollment
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to convey ownership
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability from 8:00 AM–9:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, with shift scheduled within that timeframe
  • Possibility of working one Saturday during the contract period
  • Ability to work the full training period with no time off allowed during training
