Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service or call center experience (property & casualty experience preferred)
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- License must be general or commercial lines; personal lines are not accepted
- Comfort handling inbound calls and working across multiple systems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
