Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Must reside in Minnesota
  • Must be available to report to the local office if business needs require
  • Reliable internet connection required
  • Ability to travel to the office if necessary
  • Healthcare, health insurance, or benefits-related customer service experience preferred
  • Experience handling sensitive customer concerns and escalations preferred
