About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review and process patient assistance applications and supporting documentation
- Conduct insurance investigations and verify patient coverage details

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of insurance verification experience
- 5+ years of call center experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple systems and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive patient information confidentially
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- High level of empathy and professionalism when assisting patients
- Knowledge of HIPAA and applicable privacy regulations
