Responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing data solutions within the MEDITECH analytics environment
Building and maintaining SQL-based reports, extracts, dashboards, and reusable data structures using PostgreSQL and SQL Server tools
Collaborating closely with analysts, operational leaders, clinical stakeholders, and technical teams
Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries
Developing views, stored procedures, and supporting data structures within BCA reporting repositories
Troubleshooting report logic and performance issues

Requirements

Strong experience with MEDITECH Business and Clinical Analytics (BCA)
Advanced SQL development skills in PostgreSQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server
Experience using DBeaver and/or SQL Server Management Studio
Strong understanding of MEDITECH data structures and application architecture
Ability to analyze reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience troubleshooting report logic, performance, and data quality issues
Strong communication skills with both technical and operational stakeholders.
