About the role
- Provide Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients
- Configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business and clinical workflows
- Provide technical expertise and support system upgrades
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Document business requirements and recommend solutions
- Build, test, train, and implement new infrastructure and workflows
- Support clients during designated business hours and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 project support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a healthcare-related professional certification or licensure, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting
- Epic certification with ability to support in two or more applications (HB required)
- Solid knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical and business operations, and regulatory compliance requirements
