About the role

  • Provide Epic application expertise to managed services and consulting clients
  • Configure, optimize, troubleshoot, and support Epic applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business and clinical workflows
  • Provide technical expertise and support system upgrades
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Document business requirements and recommend solutions
  • Build, test, train, and implement new infrastructure and workflows
  • Support clients during designated business hours and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 project support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a healthcare-related professional certification or licensure, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Typically, 5+ years of experience as an Epic application analyst or in Epic consulting
  • Epic certification with ability to support in two or more applications (HB required)
  • Solid knowledge of healthcare workflows, clinical and business operations, and regulatory compliance requirements
