About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the analysis of operational, economic and financial feasibility.
Gather project cost estimates from internal departments.
Assist in sizing labor, equipment and systems.
Prepare technical and commercial presentations based on information received from specialists.
Coordinate with internal departments (commercial, controllership, IT, HR, legal, tax, etc.) on activities related to the implementation of new operations.
Monitor budgeted resources and develop and track implementation schedules for new operations.
Conduct site visits and deliver technical presentations to clients.
Participate in operational and financial validation meetings for projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields.
Previous experience in logistics project management or continuous improvement (warehousing, transportation).
Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
AutoCAD (intermediate/advanced) desirable.
Power BI desirable.
Basic knowledge of logistics costing and financial analysis.
Analytical profile with strong data interpretation skills; organized, accurate and detail-oriented; clear communicator with ease working with corporate teams and suppliers; ability to prioritize and solve problems; proactive with a sense of urgency.
Availability to work in São Bernardo do Campo — hybrid model with 3 days in-office per week.
