About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent project planning across all HOAI service phases for the electrical engineering and MSR (instrumentation & control) trades
- Design, budget calculations, tendering, site supervision, acceptance and quality assurance of construction works
- Commissioning, budget controlling and documentation of complex projects in electrical engineering / MSR technology
- Sizing and calculation of electrical systems
- Advising clients on sustainable energy concepts and energy efficiency
- Project work as part of a team of HVAC (HLS) and electrical (ELT) planners
- Collaboration and coordination with other technical stakeholders involved in the planning process
- Opportunity to take on partial project or full project leadership responsibilities in the future
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed master craftsman or technician qualification, or a degree in electrical engineering
- Solid professional expertise / work experience in technical building services (TGA) with a focus on electrical engineering
- Substantial experience in the design/project planning of building services systems
- Assertiveness, ability to work independently, strong resilience and teamwork skills
- Structured working style and a pronounced sense of responsibility
- Driver’s license class B (valid for passenger cars)
