About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent project planning across all HOAI service phases for electrical engineering and control & instrumentation (MSR) systems
  • Planning, budget calculations, tendering, site supervision, acceptance and quality assurance of construction services
  • Commissioning, budget controlling and documentation of complex projects in electrical engineering / control & instrumentation
  • Design and calculation/sizing of electrical systems
  • Advising clients on sustainable energy concepts and energy efficiency
  • Project work within a team of HVAC/plumbing (HLS) and electrical (ELT) planners
  • Collaboration and coordination with other technical stakeholders involved in the planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed master craftsman (Meister) or technician qualification, or a degree in electrical engineering
  • Solid expertise and professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA) with a focus on electrical engineering
  • Proven professional experience in the planning/design of building services systems
  • Assertiveness, ability to work independently, high resilience and strong teamwork skills
  • Structured working methods and a pronounced sense of responsibility
  • Valid Class B driving license
