About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independent project planning across all HOAI service phases for electrical engineering and control & instrumentation (MSR) systems
- Planning, budget calculations, tendering, site supervision, acceptance and quality assurance of construction services
- Commissioning, budget controlling and documentation of complex projects in electrical engineering / control & instrumentation
- Design and calculation/sizing of electrical systems
- Advising clients on sustainable energy concepts and energy efficiency
- Project work within a team of HVAC/plumbing (HLS) and electrical (ELT) planners
- Collaboration and coordination with other technical stakeholders involved in the planning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed master craftsman (Meister) or technician qualification, or a degree in electrical engineering
- Solid expertise and professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA) with a focus on electrical engineering
- Proven professional experience in the planning/design of building services systems
- Assertiveness, ability to work independently, high resilience and strong teamwork skills
- Structured working methods and a pronounced sense of responsibility
- Valid Class B driving license
