Key responsibilities & impact

Own hands-on execution, analysis, and optimization of e-commerce sales and marketing activities
Ensure an exceptional customer experience on company websites
Maintain consistent messaging and branding across email, social, and on-site platforms
Coordinate omni-channel graphic design needs through clear briefs, asset review, and cross-functional follow-up
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance, translating findings into actionable recommendations
Support decisions related to product mix, promotions, and marketing efforts
Execute work that improves sales and profitability
Support integrated marketing campaigns, monitor KPIs, and conduct market research
Manage project timelines and partner with internal and external stakeholders to complete e-commerce initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Required: Google Suite, including advanced Google Sheets proficiency; Shopify (or comparable e-commerce platform); Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms; Paid digital advertising platforms; social media management tools
Preferred: Tiktok Shop
