Key responsibilities & impact

Own hands-on execution, analysis, and optimization of e-commerce sales and marketing activities
Ensure an exceptional customer experience on company websites
Maintain consistent messaging and branding across email, social, and on-site platforms
Track and analyze sales and marketing performance
Translate findings into actionable recommendations
Support decisions related to product mix, promotions, and marketing efforts
Execute work that improves sales and profitability
Support integrated marketing campaigns and monitor KPIs
Conduct market research and coordinate required creative assets
Manage project timelines and partner with stakeholders to complete e-commerce initiatives
Manage assigned e-commerce initiatives from planning through launch
Establish clear project scopes and develop detailed work breakdown structures
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to complete project objectives
Provide regular feedback, coaching, and goal-setting to team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
Required: Google Suite, including advanced Google Sheets proficiency
Shopify (or comparable e-commerce platform)
Klaviyo or comparable email marketing platforms
Paid digital advertising platforms
Social media management tools
Ability to travel (est. 1-2 times per year)
