About the role
- Prospecting: actively acquiring new customers (phone, social media, on-site appointments)
- Consulting: needs analysis and presenting proposals in a clear, tailored way
- Preparing proposals and customizing them to individual customer needs
- Managing prospects through to contract signing
- Aftercare & referral marketing (actively engaging existing customers)
- Participating in local events and networking meetings
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for sales and sustainable technologies
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner (including on the phone)
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
- A valid Class B driving license is an advantage
- Some sales experience is a plus — career changers with drive and willingness to learn are explicitly welcome
