About the role

  • Prospecting: actively acquiring new customers (phone, social media, on-site appointments)
  • Consulting: needs analysis and presenting proposals in a clear, tailored way
  • Preparing proposals and customizing them to individual customer needs
  • Managing prospects through to contract signing
  • Aftercare & referral marketing (actively engaging existing customers)
  • Participating in local events and networking meetings

Requirements

  • Enthusiasm for sales and sustainable technologies
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner (including on the phone)
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated and a team player
  • A valid Class B driving license is an advantage
  • Some sales experience is a plus — career changers with drive and willingness to learn are explicitly welcome
