About the role

  • Analyze, implement, and control all processes, manage organizational change, and respond to internal and external controls.
  • Map, analyze, and optimize value chain processes, proposing improvements and standardizations.
  • Plan and monitor initiatives and projects, managing deadlines, milestones, KPIs, and documentation.
  • Prepare studies, reports, dashboards, and management presentations (RACs).
  • Identify anomalies, propose action plans, and follow up on the implementation of improvements.
  • Manage standards, active contracts, and initiatives within corporate systems.
  • Support the implementation of Quality Management tools and workforce planning.
  • Develop and execute communication and change management plans.
  • Conduct workshops and team and leadership development events.
  • Apply organizational diagnostics, conduct climate surveys, and perform behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and monitor action plans aimed at improving workplace climate, leadership, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Monitor and report the progress of strategic, tactical, and operational initiatives.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing information, reports, and supporting documentation.
  • Critically analyze inquiries and draft response notes to regulatory and control bodies.

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Degree: Engineering, Business Administration or a similar program recognized by the Ministry of Education.
  • 1 (one) year of experience in activities similar to the scope of the role.
  • Preferred: 1 (one) year of experience in activities related to subsea engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI and SharePoint;
  • Knowledge of Bizagi or a similar tool;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies;
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Green Belt or Black Belt certification (preferred);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Sway (preferred);
  • Knowledge of subsea engineering (preferred)
