About the role
- Perform manual invoicing and manage automatic invoicing for Pipeline/Road Cells operations
- Monitor, analyze and control volumes of products handled
- Ensure correct recording of return notes and goods-receipt notes for transfers
- Carry out data queries, verification and entry in computerized systems
- Perform accounting, tax and inventory closings for operations
- Execute product procurement operations
- Manage scheduling in Petrobras and third-party systems
- Perform balance analysis and the related billing of financial compensations
- Respond to audit and tax authority requests on behalf of PETROBRAS
- Monitor product purchase protocols
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in commercial operations activities
- Fluency in Portuguese and strong technical writing skills
- Functional knowledge of SAP ERP (modules SD, MM and FI)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Knowledge of billing/invoicing routines
- Knowledge of payment routines
