About the role
- Lead the product lifecycle: ideation, requirements definition, development, launch and post-implementation follow-up;
- Support the creation and maintenance of roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility and strategic alignment;
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, customer profiling and competitor research; develop feasibility studies and business models (functional P&L);
- Collaborate with Technology, UX, Design, Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure high-quality deliveries;
- Support the creation of MVPs and POCs, test new solutions and define go‑to‑market, pricing and launch strategies;
- Define, monitor and track success metrics and recommend adjustments for optimization;
- Identify risks and opportunities and propose proactive solutions; apply agile methodologies and innovation practices (Design Thinking, Lean Startup);
- Map personas, customer journeys and product, process and service requirements;
- Contribute to continuous improvements in profitability, efficiency, quality and customer experience;
- Mentor junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science or Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proven experience in market assessment, stakeholder identification, product/process/service definition and improvement, data analysis, partnership/supplier management and cross-functional interaction with other departments;
- Product management certifications: CSPO (or equivalent PO/SM/PM certifications), Black Belt, or other related credentials;
- Experience in BI (Business Intelligence), MIS (Management Information Systems) or data modeling is desirable;
- Broad business, analytical and systems perspective on the benefits and opportunities a product/process/service can generate;
- Data analysis: ability to analyze metrics and quantitative data to support product decisions;
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
