About the role

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities, markets, trends, and competitor movements;
  • Conduct technical, financial, and strategic feasibility studies;
  • Develop business models (SaaS, platforms, APIs, licensing);
  • Structure, lead, and monitor innovation projects, MVPs, pilots, and POCs;
  • Propose improvements to products, services, and processes; work collaboratively with product, technology, marketing, finance, and commercial teams;
  • Support strategic decisions through reports, presentations, and metrics;
  • Map and develop strategic partnerships;
  • Support go-to-market strategies;
  • Monitor performance, adoption, and scalability metrics;
  • Perform product management (Product Discovery, Product Delivery, roadmap, and backlog);
  • Apply methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, MVP, and hypothesis validation;
  • Participate in the definition and launch of new products, processes, services, and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields)
  • Experience in new business, innovation, strategy, or market development
  • Knowledge of business modeling, financial analysis, and market research
  • Ability to lead projects and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or Lean Startup
  • Basic knowledge of technology (APIs, data, and digital platforms)
  • Knowledge of metrics and data (OKRs, KPIs, and innovation ROI).
