About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Receive outbound processes from sales representatives and follow up with the credit, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure delivery on the dates and times requested by the customer.
Monitor invoicing for ongoing contracts.
Monitor issuance of customer measurement reports with regional particularities and support billing for invoice issuance.
Monitor return requests, provide customer support, identify pro rata amounts for billing, and coordinate with the finance team to issue invoices when necessary.
Interact with the planning department to ensure order creation and execution.
Prepare tracking reports for administrative tasks directed to the sales department.
Support the sales team, sales representatives, supervisors, and managers on various matters within the department.
Manage commercial department documents to facilitate traceability and ensure prompt response to internal and external customer needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Preferably currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or Advertising.
1–2 years of experience in the commercial/sales area.
Availability for flexible hours to provide occasional support to consultants.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
