About the role

  • Act as a SAP PLM Functional Consultant (Specialist), responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.
  • Configure and manage Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes, including Engineering Change Request (ECR) and Engineering Change Order (ECO).
  • Implement and administer Document Management Solutions (DMS) to control technical drawings, specifications, and CAD files.
  • Manage Bills of Materials (BOM), including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Integrate SAP PLM with the PP, MM, and QM modules.
  • Configure and manage recipes and formulas for industrial processes.
  • Design functional solutions and perform customizations within the SAP environment.
  • Prepare functional specifications for ABAP developments.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide post-implementation support.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in PLM processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP PLM (Senior/Specialist level).
  • Strong experience in implementing and configuring SAP PLM solutions.
  • Experience integrating the PP, MM, and QM modules.
  • Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA (PLM).
  • Strong knowledge of customizing and functional solution design.
  • Experience in full-cycle (end-to-end) projects.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications for ABAP.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • SAP certification in PLM or related modules (preferred).
  • Experience with technical document management and CAD integration (preferred).
  • Experience in Oil & Gas projects (preferred).
