About the role

  • Design, implement, and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Build automated environments using services such as Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE); Cloud Run; Compute Engine; Cloud Functions
  • Create and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Cloud Build
  • Manage and orchestrate containers with Kubernetes
  • Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes
  • Ensure good version control practices using Git
  • Implement code analysis and quality checks (SonarQube or similar)
  • Monitor applications and infrastructure (Stackdriver / Cloud Monitoring / Prometheus / Grafana)
  • Work with DevSecOps practices, including security in pipelines and infrastructure
  • Manage identities and access (IAM) in GCP
  • Create observability strategies (logs, metrics, and tracing)
  • Support development teams in adopting DevOps best practices
  • Document processes, architectures, and automation workflows

Requirements

  • Strong experience with GCP
  • Experience with Kubernetes (GKE) and containers (Docker)
  • Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools
  • Advanced knowledge of CI/CD
  • Experience with version control (Git)
  • Knowledge of networking (VPC, load balancer, firewall)
  • Experience with Linux systems
  • Familiarity with automation (Shell scripting, Python, or similar)
  • GCP certifications (Associate Cloud Engineer, Professional DevOps Engineer) (nice to have)
  • Gameni IA GCP (nice to have)
  • Experience with Cloud Run and serverless architecture (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of microservices and distributed architecture (nice to have)
  • Experience with security tools (SAST, DAST, secrets management) (nice to have)
  • Experience with observability tools (ELK, Datadog, New Relic) (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of FinOps (cloud cost optimization) (nice to have)
  • Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid environments (nice to have)
  • Practice with automated testing and infrastructure testing (nice to have)
  • Experience with agile culture (Scrum / Kanban) (nice to have)
  • Experience developing on our stack: React + Node + Python + AI (nice to have)
