About the role
- Plan, structure, and oversee software development projects
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
- Define and maintain schedules, sprints, and the development backlog
- Coordinate technical teams (developers, architects, QA, and ERP consultants)
- Oversee integrations with systems such as SAP, TOTVS, and corporate APIs
- Ensure technical documentation and project governance
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and scope changes
- Serve as a bridge between the business, clients, and the technical team
- Track deliveries and ensure the quality of solutions
Requirements
- Experience as a Technology Project Manager
- Experience with software development projects
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
- Experience managing technical teams
- Experience in requirements elicitation and functional documentation
- Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of system architecture and APIs
- Experience with ERP integrations (SAP, TOTVS, Sankhya, Omie, etc.) — a plus
- Experience in systems integration projects — a plus
- Knowledge of software architecture — a plus
- Experience with AI or automation projects — a plus
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP — a plus
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ClickUp or similar — a plus
